The Founder, Love of Christ Generation Church, Cherubim and Seraphim, Rev. Mother Esther Ajayi has encouraged Nigerians to be patient with President Bola Tinubu-led administration, adding that the country will be great again.
Ajayi made this known in Abuja on Friday while speaking with newsmen at the sensitisation programme of the Church’s upcoming event tagged ‘Celebrate the Comforter Abuja 2024’.
She acknowledged Tinubu’s boldness and predicted positive changes for Nigeria, urging Nigerians to pray for the president for smooth leadership.
“It might take a little bit of time before we begin to see the effects, but mark my words, it is going to happen,” she stated,
She therefore expressed faith that Nigeria would experience economic transformation and greatness under Tinubu’s leadership.
She emphasised the importance of love in leadership, stating that genuine love for people prevents misuse of public funds and other societal ills.
The founder highlighted that love was a core motivation in her ministry, and sharing resources freely reflects true Christian values.
Asked about her upcoming event, the cleric said it would centred around celebrating the unity of the Holy Spirit.
The APC National Youth Leader, Dayo Israel, celebrated the spiritual renewal brought by the Comforter event in Abuja.
He stressed that no nation advances without God’s help, citing the U.S. motto, “In God we trust,” as an example.
He expressed confidence that the event would bring divine transformation to Nigeria, strengthen President Tinubu, and elevate the nation through God’s mercies.
“We are celebrating Christ, redemption, and the Holy Spirit.
“The forthcoming event will be an opportunity for God to transform Nigeria, strengthen the hand of our president, and make our nation greater through His mercies by the grace of God,” he prayed.
On his part, Rev. Yomi Corneliu, the State Chairman, Cherubim, and Seraphim, Abuja Chapter, said there was need for the Church to come together as one and pray for the nation, hence the need for the awareness.
“We are here to create awareness of our coming event coming up July 20.
“There’s a need for us to come together as one to pray and to build our great country for the future generation.” (NAN)
